Hocus Domus provides services including but not limited to:

• Property Management

• Co-Hosting

• Short- and Mid-Term Rental Management

• Guest Communication

• Pricing & Revenue Management

• Listing Creation & Optimisation

• Property Setup

• Consulting for Property Owners

4. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise agreed:

• invoices are payable immediately upon receipt;

• recurring services are billed according to the agreed contract.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Services already rendered remain payable.

6. Liability

Projekt Casa UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

7. Governing Law

German law applies.

The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Berlin, Germany.
